Saturday, I woke up, dusted off my hangover and went shopping. I came home with two planters of these adorable little succulents. Every home needs something green and living, so it felt so good to give these little guys a new home. Grow for me?
Two weeks ago I bought a vintage velvet sofa off of a friend. It wasn’t conventionally beautiful, but I was going to style it up, and try to make it look as chic as possible (ala Design on a Dime). Well, my mother thought it was hideous, so she bought me these instead. Gotta love mommas.
This weekend was good to me. I feel like I have a grown-up apartment now.
I have (2) glass pitchers full, and I mean FULL, of corks. Yeah, I wine and dine quite a bit. For awhile I’ve been trying to think of something quirky and eclectic to do with them. I will look no further. Succulents. In Corks. On my fridge. Enough said.
